When you place an order you will receive an email detailing everything about that order, such as your name and address, the products ordered, the prices for each product, and any shipping charges.

Please check the order to make sure that everything is correct. If you find something is wrong, then contact us immediately, so that we can correct it before we ship.

Please contact us as soon as you can if you want to to change your shipping address. Our prints are created by a print house and they will ship to the address that we supply, based upon your order. Once they ship your order, it will go to the address that you have given us.

Yes, we ship internationally. We apply a flat rate for international orders, but depending on where you are, the freight charges may exceed our flat charge. If that's the case we will invoice you for the extra freight charge.

Please note that currently (Nov 2025 until further notice) that our print house will not ship to USA, due to too many problems occurring. Therefore, we won't accept orders from USA until further notice.

It usually takes a couple of days to print your order, possibly more if you order the more expensive papers.

The print house will pass your order to Australia Post and from then it could be 1-2 days or up to a week, depending on where you want the order sent to.

We will email you as soon as your order is packed and waiting for AusPost to pick it up.
